I grew up in rural Alberta and have been an entrepreneur since I was in my early teens. Business ownership is in my blood, and I know firsthand the challenges and rewards that come with it.
I understand the challenge of finding 'Work/Life Happiness'. Married to a farmer, starting, growing running a business while balancing family commitments, staying motivated and avoiding burnout has it’s challenges. I’m here to help.
With over 20 years of hands‑on creative entrepreneurial experience, I coach and facilitate with honesty, authentic compassion, a pinch of humour and practical insight—helping makers and entrepreneurs avoid burnout, set boundaries, and grow purpose‑driven businesses without losing sight of home or the value of community.
